HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER… provides assistance and leadership aimed at helping GCW Custom Kitchens and Cabinetry Inc. achieve its organizational objectives. This individual ensures that GCW Custom Kitchens and Cabinetry Inc. is in compliance with all applicable federal and provincial legislation. The HR Manager works as a strategic partner to the Company ownership and Board of Directors. Other responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, creation and maintenance of policies, health and safety, training, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. The HR Manager is expected to maximize the effectiveness of GCW Custom Kitchens and Cabinetry Inc. staff, and assure that their activities are well planned, coordinated, and directed.
